The Role

What You'll Do

As an Operations Support Executive, you'll be the front line of customer experience while building your technical skills in parallel.

💬 Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries via live chat and voice calls professionally
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints with a solution-first approach
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM tools
  • Coordinate with internal teams to escalate and close support tickets
  • Meet daily chat and call quality targets and response time benchmarks
  • Provide feedback on recurring customer issues to improve processes
  • Participate in daily briefings, training sessions, and IT upskilling programs

✅ Eligibility & Requirements

  • Any graduate — BCA, BSc, BCom, BA, BTech, or equivalent
  • Good communication skills in English and Telugu (Hindi is a plus)
  • Basic computer knowledge — MS Office, email, internet
  • Willingness to learn and grow into an IT career
  • Positive attitude, punctuality, and team spirit
  • Freshers are strongly encouraged to apply
